Black-and-white stereocard photograph mounted on a light green card, showing a three-quarter length portrait of two Native Americans standing next to each other. The person on the left has chest-length hair, and is wearing a jacket or smock with a vertical striped pattern. The woman on the right has shorter hair, and wears a striped and ornately patterned shawl over what appears to be a white frock or dress. She is standing slightly in front of the other person. Printed in black on the front of the card is "Carter's Celebrated Indian Stereoscopics. / Carter's Celebrated Indian Stereoscopics. / Pahutes," with the last line on a piece of white paper glued to the bottom front edge of the card. Printed in black on the back of the card is "Carter's View Emporium, / East Temple St., / Salt Lake City. / Order by Mail promptly attended to." Handwritten in pencil along the top edge of the back of the card is "F L So."
