Masonic working tools in case. A:: Brown wooden 24 inch gauge. Three sections with hinges to fold it down for storage. Gold painted lines mark 24 increments on one side. B: Mallet with brown handle with ball finial at end and five-sided head painted gold. C. Brown plumb with gold line painted down the center on each side. At bottom center is a light-colored spindle. D: Brown level with gold line painted down the center on each side. At bottom center is a light-colored spindle. E: Trowel with dark-colored handle and silver-tone spade. The spade is engraved with floral decoration (possibly not original to set). F: Brown square. One piece has two gold lines painted on both sides. G: Rectangular brown wooden case with hinged lid. Metal clasp on front. Lined with blue silk. The bottom has cut-outs for the tools. The upper right corner inside the lid has a ribbon stamped in gold with the maker's name. Thin black sheet applied on the bottom of the case.
