Red, white and blue ribbon reverses to black. Pin/badge at top has metal frame and plasticized image of two hands clasped. Below pin is medallion with the wording "Clen" (Czech). Below medallion is another medallion in the shape of a wreath with eagle atop. Medallion has image of shield with lion rampant and two flags crossed. Printed in gold on red/white/blue side is "Narodni Jednota/Zalozena R. 1876/Racine, Wis." The same wording is printed on black side in silver. Gold bullion fringe hangs below.
