White silk apron of the Scottish Rite 32nd Degree, rounded bottom corners on body and rounded flap; black velvet edge with gold bullion fringe; on apron is "Consistory Camp"; showing nonagram with nine tents; with a septagram, pentagram and triangle showing banners. Flap is white silk with bullion fringe; hand painted double-headed eagle with maltese cross and flags, all-seeing eye at top. Black silk ties.
