C.P. No. 6748 Reception Committee Badge. Off-white silk ribbon attached to pin bar backing is folded at top to envelop folded blue ribbon; trimmed at bottom of folds with gold metallic ribbon. Printed on main part of ribbon, "C. P. / NO. 6748 / [dotted line] / Reception Committee." Ribbon folded into point at tip, where a bullion tassel is applied. On reverse, gold-colored metal spring pin bar is sewn in place.
