Sepia-tone cabinet card of member of Independent Order of Odd Fellows with ribbons, badges, and medals. Image shows a 3/4 length portrait of a man w/ moustache in full uniform with sword, chapeau-de-bras, and 19 ribbons and medals pinned to his chest. At bottom of card is photographer name and location; it reads "Osborn Binghamton, N.Y." On reverse it reads "Osborn / Photographer / Fine Work / At / Moderate Prices / No. 67 Court Street / Binghamton / N.Y. / Duplicates / can always be obtained. "


This proud member of the Patriarchs Militant displays, along with his regalia and sword, a remarkable number of ribbon badges testifying to his participation in field days, excursions, and Odd Fellows events in New York, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.
