Sepia-toned photograph shows ornately decorated Masonic Temple and group of men; soldiers stand on porch and in front of building; noted on back in pencil "Petersburg, Va" [the building is actually in Pocahontas, Virginia]. Square and compasses symbol with G on building under half-round window. Front porch has a fence made partly of staves shaped like square and compasses.
