a: Red ribbon, overlaid with shorter white one, reverses to black. Badge/pin at top has image of two clasped hands. Below pin on the white ribbon are two flags made of corrugated material, one US flag and one Portugese. Hanging from white ribbon is a medallion that says : "Fraternidade/I.D.E.S." Printed on red ribbon in silver ink: "Conselho/Brio do Riverside/No. 125/I.D.E.S./Riverside Road, Cal." Printed in silver ink on the reverse (black) side: "In Memoriam/Conselho/Brio do Riverside/No.125/I.D.E.S./Riverside Road, Cal." b: Original envelope for the ribbon printed in black: B. Pasquale Co./Manufacturers of/Ribbon, Metal & Celluloid/Badges and Souvenirs/Military, Naval Society Goods,/Uniforms, Caps,/Flags & Banners./115-117 Post St.,/San Francisco, Cal." and at lower right: "Keep your Bdge on the Card and in this Envelope. It keeps the Badge in good condition." Silver bullion fringe hangs from below.
