Sepia-tone photograph mounted on cardboard. Shows group of men seated and standing around a stone monument in a field. Trees and a graveyard visible at back and sides. Many of the men are seated on the ground or on chairs, while the back rows stand. Most of the men wear dark suits and white Masonic aprons. A couple of the men standing at the back wear collars. At center is a monument that reads "Columbian Lodge." Printed in black at lower corners of cardboard mount is "Conly, Photographer / 465 Washington Street." Handwritten in pencil on the back is "Consecration of Monument and Lot / June 24, 1892 (see lodge records from June meeting)."
