Masonic Knights Templar Medal with bronze pinback. At center of shield shaped medal is KT symbol with cross and crown that reads "HUGH DE PAYENS / MELROSE MASS. / 1895." The medal appears to be a reddish thermoplastic material and on the reverse it reads " 26TH / TRIENNIAL CONCLAVE / BOSTON, / MASSACHUSETTS / AUGUST (?)6TH / 1895." The pinback has a vessel with bees on it at center and reads "BOS / TON / 95."
