Lantern slide in color. Image shows a scene from the poem "The Spectre Pig" by Oliver Wendell Holmes. A young girl with a red dress and long blonde hair stands at the center of the scene with a bleeding pig in the background and a man (the butcher) with a knife to her left. A label printed in black is applied to one end of the slide and reads, "4. It was the butcher's daughter then, So slender and fair." "Economic Series" is printed in silver lettering on black frame on other side of slide.
