Masonic Pocket Watch; triangular silver watch; triangular nacre, mother-of-pearl face with dial decorated with polychromed Masonic symbols in place of the hours numerals; beneath the main arbor is inscribed "AIMETON SEMBLABI/ TENDS LUI UNE MAIN SECOURABLE"; below reads "SWISS"; blued steel hands are formed with Masonic square and compasses; back cover snaps in place, and is decorated in low relief with a flight of seven steps leading up to a Masonic temple, the pediment of which is inscribed "A. L. G. U. D. G. A. D. L. U ."; initials "A/ J.G." possibly that of the die sinker, is in the lower left corner on a block of ashlar; inside of the back cover is stamped "Swiss Made/ 79729."; silversmith's marks include a swan in an oval, a winged wheel and the letter "C" in an oval, a rampant lion in a shield, and the fineness assay of "0.925."; platform movement is jeweled; blue stone is set into the end of the winding stem.
