Front ribbon has image of building stamped in gold near top. Ribbons are threaded togther through an o-ring about 2" below their top; hanging from this is a shield-shaped badge with a decorative, cast gold-colored metal edge and an off-white, plastic-coated paper (likely) surface with the image of Lady Liberty holding an American flag on it in red, white, and blue. Below and behind badge, ribbons are stamped with text in gold: on PR side, "6TH NATIONAL SESSION / PATRIOTIC ORDER OF AMERICANS / WASHINGTON, / OCTOBER, 28-29."; on PL side, "DISTRICT / PRESIDENT". On reverse, silver-colored metal safety pin and straight pin through top.
