Collar, Rebekah, plain pink velvet. OBVERSE: Collar composed of light pink velvet with green velvet trim, both likely synthetic. Between pink and green velvet is band of textured, silver-colored metallic ribbon sewn on with white thread. Collar flaps widen slightly to tips, which end in a single point. Flaps are connected by IOOF symbol of three-link chain of grey-colored metal, sewn on at PR side with thread, and attaching to PL side with grey metal clasp which is sewn to flap with thread. REVERSE: Plain green fabric lining (likely cotton) sewn at edges with black thread. Across vertical seam at back of neckline is sewn a small, white rectangular manufacturer label with "HARDING / UNIFORM CO. / 22 SCHOOL ST. / BOSTON" embroidered on it in black thread.
