Independent Order of Odd Fellows Rebekah Degree 30-year Veteran's Jewel. OBVERSE: Likely brass and enamel jewel suspended by two chains from bar with pin backing. Pin bar has scroll-like shape: half-cylinder with diagonal stripes inlaid with enamel in lilac and light green; brass tips at either end. Suspended from bar is small brass plate with monogram "RDV" [ Rebekah Degree Veteran]. Two 5-link brass chains connect jewel to bar. Jewel has flower-like shape with eight lobes featuring lilac-colored enamel inlay within a gold-colored metal border (inner part of background features an 8-point brass star). At center is a raised brass circle with white enamel "30" (30-year veteran) inlaid on it and a wreath of laurel or acacia surrounding. REVERSE: Carved in cursive script at bottom of jewel, "Illinois / 4649".
