Luncheon Plate with Masonic White Shrine of Jerusalem Symbols. OBVERSE: White plate composed of porcelain (likely) has clear glaze and scalloped edge with gold metallic painted rim that features a brushstroke pattern oriented inwards all around. Painted on surface of plate are 10 small gold stars, 5 around outer, raised rim, and 5 around central design within borders of depressed inner circle of plate. Central design, all in gold, features 5-pointed star with lines through it, one of which is made by image of shepherd's crook, positioned diagonally leaning towards PL; crossing over this leaning towards PR is a passion cross in outline. Above design in gold text, "IN HOC SIGNO"; below it, "SPES MEA". REVERSE: In gold metallic paint at center: "KISTNER JEWELLERS / CHICAGO".
