Double image of two men in a doorway. The sign on the door reads "Dr. Pullemeasy. / Dentist". One man wears a hat and holds a man and crouches with his hand raised. The second man wears suspenders and has a fist in the air while he raises his right leg as if to kick the other man. Stamped in black on the end of the card "Copyright 1906 by Herman Knutzen." The back of the card is blank.
