Knights of Pythias badge. Pin top is round with a gold border with a U.S. flag at sides. At center is a Knights of Pythias emblem. Red lettering at top and bottom reads "BOSTON 1908." Hanging from the pin are red, yellow and blue ribbons. Attached to the ribbons at bottom is a wooden charm carved and painted to look like a nutmeg.
