Silver-tone Masonic Scottish Rite Valley of Chicago Oriental Consistory matchcase. Hinged lid. Rectangular with slightly scalloped edges. Scrolling design on both sides. One side shows a bust profile of a man and has a signature below, "Frank C. Roundy." The other side shows a double-headed eagle standing on a sword draped with a banner with a crown above its heads and a triangle with "32." Lettering reads "Oriental / Consistory / April 19-22 / 1909."
