Black and white stereocard photograph of men in foxholes on a battlefield. The image shows four men, each in a differnet foxhole, looking at the camera. In the background is a tank and desolate battlefield. Stamped in black on the lower right corner it reads " V18865 "Down in a Shell Crater, We fought like Kilkenny Cats -- Battle of Cambrai." Stamped in black on the ends of the card is "Keystone View Company / Copyrighted, Underwood & Underwood / Manufacturers Made in U.S.A. Publishers" and "Meadville, Pa., New York, N.Y., Portland, / Oregon, London, Eng., Syndney, Aus." Printed in black on back is title and detailed description of image.
