Double image of two men strapping a wounded soldier to a stretcher. Seven men look on at the scene. Stamped in black on the ends of the card "European Publishers / Underwood & Underwood (London Ltd.)" and "Underwood & Underwood / New York & Ottawa, Kas, Works, Arlington, N.J." The back of card is blank.
