Masonic Scottish Rite Lodge of Perfection regalia for Akirop, a ruffan (9th degree). Depicts full-length male figure wearing a short light blue tunic with short sleeves. He has a rope belt at his waist. He wears broken sandals and has an unkempt brown beard. He holds a few plants in one hand and holds his other arm across the top of his head. Printed at bottom right corner is "Warren A. Newcomb." Attached to the back is a typewritten piece of paper headed "P.21. / Akirop, a ruffian. 9*." This is followed by a description of the various costume elements and "Free design." The drawing is encapsulated inside two pieces of clear plastic. All four sides are machine stitched.
