Masonic Scottish Rite Consistory regalia for Prelates (19th degree) and Bishop (27th degree). Depicts full-length male figure wearing a long brown robe with long sleeves in a gold and brown pattern. Over this he wears a white vestment with a gold pattern and white gold trim at neck and down front; white Teutonic crosses are spaced along the trim. He has a white cowl collar and wears gold gloves. He wears brown shoes. He wears a gold mitre. He holds both hands pressed together in front of his chest. Attached to the back is a typewritten piece of paper headed "C. 2. / XIX-2. Prelates. / XXVII-3. Bishop." This is followed by a description of the various costume elements and a note about sources for the costume.
