Drawing of Masonic Scottish Rite Consistory regalia for unidentified character. Depicts full-length male figure wearing a short light blue long-sleeved tunic with gold and white trim on the edges. He wears a silver or gray cloak fastened at the neck with a round gold pin. He wears silver "mail" leggings. He wears a green leafy wreath on his head. He stands with one arm stretched out to the side, the other arm is bent up at the elbow and holds a torch. Attached to the back is a typewritten piece of paper headed "C. 14." This is followed by a description of the various costume elements and notes on their sources.
