Masonic Scottish Rite Consistory regalia for First Emir (29th degree). Depicts full-length male figure wearing a red, white and green robe or tunic and gray harem pants. Over this he is wearing a yellow coat with long, wide sleeves and gold trim. He wears a green scarf around his neck. He wears brown shoes. He has a white beard and mustache and wears a green turban. He stands with both arms bent at his sides and holds a gold staff in one hand. Handwritten on the back is "C75-9." Attached to the original plastic backing is a red and white label with lettering "C. 75 - XXIX Emir / Trousers, / Sandals, / Tunic, / Turban / First Emir."
