Masonic Scottish Rite Consistory regalia for Master of Ceremonies (22nd degree). Depicts full-length male figure wearing a short red tunic with gold, white and blue trim. The tunic is sleeveless and he wears it over long green patterned sleeves. He wears a gold and green belt. He wears maroon lace-up shoes. He has black hair and wears a green cap with gold trim and a maroon and green tassel. He stands with his head in profile and both arms bent. He makes a sign with one hand. Attached to the back is a typewritten piece of paper headed "C. 83. / XXII-3. Master of Ceremonies." This is followed by a description of the various costume elements and a note on their sources.
