Masonic Square and Compasses Pendant. Silver-colored metal pendant is in the shape of an openwork square and compasses with a G at center. For both square and compasses, the two arms of each are separate pieces of metal which are fused or joined together at joint, and the two miniature tools are joined to each other with small pins or silver nails. Surface of compasses is engraved (possibly by hand) with decorative flourishes, and square is engraved with hashmarks. G is contiguous with the rear arm of the compasses. At top, o-ring through loop for hangin. On reverse, maker name (likely) is stamped into front arm of square, and partially covered by arm of compasses: "J.H. W[arm covers]VER".
