Catholic State League of NY, Schenectady Delegate Badge, 27th Annual Convention. Badge has silver-colored metal pin bar at top that is rectangular with plain edges and a rectangular window at center with a plastic-coated off-white piece of paper inside with "DELEGATE" printed in black on it. Suspended from pin bar is a silk ribbon whose face is divided into two colors: yellow on its PR side and white on its PL side. Printed on ribbon in gold ink: "27TH ANNUAL / CONVENTION / CATHOLIC / STATE LEAGUE / OF NEW YORK / [circular emblem with "D.R.K.C.V. / 1855" around edge and cross, anchor, and chalice (possibly) crossed at its center] 5TH ANNUAL / CONVENTION / CATHOLIC / WOMEN'S UNION / AUG. 30. SEPT. 2 1924 / SCHENECTADY / N. Y." Ribbon frayed along bottom edge. On reverse, spring pin bar.
