A billy goat stands on top of a barrel next to a watering trough with Mrs. Casey's chewed up parasol. A red and white label with the words "A.D. Handy, Stereopticons and Supplies, Boston" is applied to one end of the slide. On the other side of slide typed in black is "Mrs. Casey and the Billy Goat. / 12. The goat "holds the fort."" A black and gold frame is inlaid over the image on other side of frame.
