Collar, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, red and white, "Bethesda Lodge". OBVERSE: Collar of off-white cotton (likely) with red wool (likely) tape trim. Rounded shape to ends of flaps. Sewn on to widest area of either flap is a gold seqin and bullion star (with star-shaped paper base) with red fabric background surrounded by same red fabric tape as trim arranged in star shape. Decorative double band of red fabric tape is sewn on flaps above stars with off-white thread; it extends around neck of collar and forms double-point shape above either star. REVERSE: Off-white cotton lining has same red fabric tape trim as front along outside edge. Red thread which affixes stars to front is visible, as are pink stains along lines where thread affixing decorative tape to front is located. Handwritten "Bethesda Lodge" in brownish ink is vertically oriented along widest part of PL flap.
