Collar, Rebekah, "Vera M. MacPhelemy, P.N.G". OBVERSE: Collar composed of light pink velvet with 1" band of green velvet trim all around edge (both likely synthetic) and a strip of twisted, gold-colored bullion trim in between them. Flower and leaf design, composed of gold, bronze, and silver bullion, is sewn on to both flaps from near tips to collarbone. Silver bullion fringe trims outside of collar. Flaps end in points at both inside and outside edges. At inner points, IOOF symbol of three-link chain, in gold-colored metal, is sewn to PR side with bullion and joins to PL side with sewn-on black-coated metal hook. REVERSE: Green satin lining (likely synthetic) sewn on with green thread in quilt style diamond pattern. On PL side, small pleated pocket sewn on at widest section (in same quilted green satin as lining); closer to neck, circular paper sticker with gold metallic coating is affixed, 1-1/4" dia., featuring IOOF seal printed in black, "OFFICIAL / [circle with text around edge]: WE COMMAND YOU TO VISIT THE SICK BELIEVE THE DISTRESSED BURY THE DEAD AND EDUCATE THE ORPHAN / [inside circle, image of two women with symbols between, shining sun above] / [text below image arranged horizontally:] THE SOVEREIGN GRAND LODGE / OF THE INDEPENDENT ORDER OF / ODD FELLOWS / 1834 / [outside circle at bottom]: S. G. L.". On PR side, dark green satin label with pointed ends sewn on features printed gold text, "VERA M. Mac PHELEMY P. N. G." Across seam at neckline is sewn a black rectangle of fabric (likely synthetic) with embroidered yellow text: "HARDING / UNIFORM & REGALIA CO / 30 FRANKLIN ST. / BOSTON".
