I.B.P.O.E.W. ribbon badge with gold-tone pin at top. Pin has a horizontal pinback. Front of pin is rectangular with scrolling design along the edges. Center of pin is white with black printing, "Monarch Lodge No. 45." Suspended from the pin by two gold-tone chains is a round medallion with scrolling vine border. Center is white with purple image of an elk's head. Lettering along the top edge reads, "Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love, Fidelity." Attached to the chains above the medallion is a white rectangle with black lettering, "Member." The body of the badge consists of a purple ribbon with gold-tone lettering at the bottom, "Monarch / Lodge No. 45 / I.B.P.O.E. of W. / New York City." Gold bullion fringe is applied along the bottom edge of the ribbon. The back of the ribbon is black with silver-tone lettering at the bottom, "Monarch / Lodge No. 45 / I.B.P.O.E. of W. / New York City."
