Pen Knife with Chain and Masonic Knights Templar and Scottish Rite 32nd Degree Fob. a: Gold and silver metal chain with long, geometric links alternated with three small, oval silver links; within long links (which are also silver), openwork of gold, wavy metal strands. Attached to chain with o-ring is a Knights Templar fob; on one side, it has a cast silver Scottish Rite emblem featuring a double-headed eagle with the raised text, "SPES MEA IN DEO EST" below within black enamel-infilled banner, and a "33" within black enamel-infilled delta on chest; on other side, cast gold Knights Templar emblem with red enamel-infilled cross through gold crown, silver bars above and below bearing black enamel text, "IN HOC / SIGNO VINCES", and black and white enamel-infiled panels surrounding with crossed swords behind. Fob is hinged; inside, on gold side, inset gold keystone shape with mnemonic "HTWSSTKS" on circular, white enamelled background. b: Gold and silver pen knife has geometric carvings on sides and silver swivelling utensils inside. Attached to chain with round lobster-claw clasp.
