Order of the Eastern Star Miniature Rocking Chair. Chair constructed out of varnished plywood has cushioned back and seat with maroon needlepoint upholstery; it bears the yellow text, "HILDA / OBERG" and "SCARSDALE / CHAPTER" with a basket of flowers between, and an Order of the Eastern Star emblem below (a five-point star with a white center that features an altar with an open bible, and five differently colored points: clockwise from top, white, green, red, blue, and yellow). On bottom, rectangular paper label bears the black printed text, "HUGH D. M. MAIN / 92 Brown Road, SCARSDALE, N. Y.".
