Masonic Apron for Queen Anne Lodge, No. 242. Square white leather apron with triangular flap has white cotton braid trim along top that forms ties with tassels at their ends. Under flap, printed and handwritten in blue ink on body of apron: "PRESENTED BY / QUEEN ANNE LODGE No. 242, F. & A. M. / SEATTLE, WASHINGTON / To Brother [MERL R. BROWN] (handwritten in blue ink) / INITIATED [OCTOBER 9 1941] / PASSED [OCTOBER 23 194] / RAISED [NOVEMBER 27 1941] / [Paul D Mackie] (signature) MASTER / [Grover D Nobles] (signature) SECRETARY". Backing of white synthetic washed satin.
