Masonic Apron for Queen Anne Lodge, No. 242. Square white leather apron with triangular flap has white twill trim along top that forms apron ties. Under flap, printed in blue ink on body of apron as well as handwritten in blue and green ink and pencil: "PRESENTED BY / Queen Anne Lodge No. 242, F. & A. M. / Seattle, Wash. / To Bro. [Merl Roy Brown] (handwritten in blue ink) / AT HIS INITIATION / Initiated [Oct. 9, 1941] (handwritten in blue ink) Passed [Oct. 23, 1941] (handwritten in blue ink) / [11-27-4811] (handwritten in pencil between the lines) / Raised [11-27-41] (handwritten in pencil) / W.M. [Lambert E Pedersen] (signature in green ink) / [Paul D Mackie] (signature, between lines and off center, in pencil) / Secretary [Grover B Nobles] (signature in blue ink)". Below, blue printed square and compasses with trowel and "G" in center. White cotton backing.
