USO Medallion. Silver-toned round medallion with red and blue enamel. On obverse, raised text, "UNTIL EVERY ONE / COMES HOME" around edge, with "USO" with three stars up either side, inside red and blue enamel infilled rectangle at center; stylized leafy sprigs on either side, and four blue enamel-infilled stars below. On reverse, raised text, "USO (inside rectangle with three stars up either side) / Caring Service / [star] / BY DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS / [star] / FOR THOSE IN UNIFORM / [star] / FROM THE PEOPLE / BACK HOME" with globe underneath and sprigs on either side.
