Masonic Grand Lodge of Montana 78th Annual Communication badge. Round pin with horizontal pinback. Front of pin has black and white bust portrait of man in center with gold border. Blue lettering in the border reads "Grand Lodge of A.F. & A.M. of Montana / 78th Annual Communication / Ralph M. Hattersley, Grand Master / Helena, August 19-20, 1942." Hanging from the pin is a blue ribbon attached to a white paper label. Typewritten on the label is "Herbert L. Lange / Silver Bow No. 48 / Butte, Montana."
