Round plastic-coated metal button with red face, gold edge, and gold text "50TH" at center has two ribbons hanging from it: white ribbon, on top and angled towards PR, bears gold stamped text, "1896-ANNIVERSARY-1946"; light blue ribbon, behind and angled towards PL, bears gold stamped text, "NATIONAL CAMP / PATRIOTIC ORDER OF / AMERICANS / NEW YORK CITY, NOV. 6-8, '46". Reverse has straight pin affixed at an angle.
