DeMolay Jacket; Boy's blue wool "varsity" jacket with gold nylon trim, insignia over left breast, "DeMolay" across back; reversable gold lining "Arlington/ Chapter" and DeMolay insignia on back.

In 1921, Freemason Frank S. Land founded the Order of DeMolay, a Masonic youth group for boys ages 11 to 21. Dozens of chapters opened across the United States, including one in Arlington, Massachusetts. A member of the Arlington Chapter had this wool and nylon letterman’s jacket embroidered with the name of his chapter and the organization. The Arlington Chapter of DeMolay was founded in 1952.
