In 1921, Freemason Frank S. Land founded the Order of Demolay, a Masonic youth group for boys ages 16 to 21. Dozens of chapters opened across the United States, including one in Arlington, Massachusetts. A member of the Arlington Chapter had this silk and wool letterman’s jacket embroidered with the name of his chapter and the organization.
