Masonic Rosicrucian Jewel. OBVERSE: Rectangular metal pin bar, likely gold, is infilled with black enamel, has rounded upper corners and sharp lower corners, and features a semi-circular outcropping at center of top edge. Within this outcropping is a raised gold passion cross with crown above. Across body of bar is the raised gold text, "M S R I C F / IX° Grade". Hanging from back of bar is a red ribbon, 1-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" long with a pointed tip. Affixed to center of ribbon is a cast gold metal miter with a red enamel-infilled passion cross at its center, and the red enamel-infilled text, "L V X" underneath. Affixed at the tip of the ribbon is a diamond-shaped gold metal jewel whose background is infilled with white enamel and whose center features a red enamel-infilled cross. REVERSE: Back of pin bar imprinted with fine grid-like texture. Gold metal pin backing (affixed at slight angle) features locking bar. Glue along top of ribbon where it is adhered to metal.
