Knights Templar, Ft. Wayne Commandery Jewel. Black grosgrain ribbon, likely synthetic, with rectangular pin bar at top that has black enamel infill around the raised gold text, "INDIANA"; suspended from this via two o-rings is another rectangular bar that has white enamel infill around the raised gold text, "FORT WAYNE No. 4"; below, ribbon is gathered through the top bar of a gold-colored metal, cast Maltese cross with off-white enamel infill within each point; at cross's center is a gold circle with a central design of an eagle with its wings raised in relief. On reverse side, cross has stippled texture.
