Handwritten in blue at top on white rectangle, "Mildred McG Weitzel / Public Schools"; below, stamped in gold letters, "62ND ANNUAL / CONVENTION / [line] / NATIONAL / CAMP / PATRIOTIC / ORDER OF / AMERICANS / [line] / OCT. 20-22, 1958 / NEW YORK, N. Y." Reverse: silver-colored metal safety pin pinned at top. Handwritten in grey, "Nominated for / Guard by / Marry Davis".
