Central design of gold 5-pointed star with half of each arm featuring a black and gold grid-like pattern, and the other half showing irregular curved patterns (possibly unintentional outcome of manufacturing process); around star are white radiating rays, and overlaid on it, a passion cross with white and gold border (oriented diagonally, leaning to PR) over a white shepherd's crook in outline (diagonal, leaning to PL). Text in gold above design: "IN HOC SIGNO"; and below, "SPES MEA". REVERSE: Silver rectangular sticker, applied off-center, features black printed oval with silver text within its outlines: "NASHCO PRODUCTS / NEW YORK" (separated by dots on either side); in center of oval design, in black: "Chip / and Alcohol / Resistant / F. [possibly] T. NASH CO., N. Y. 3 [possibly], N. Y."
