PHOTO OBVERSE: Black and white photo shows seventeen men in two rows, front row of seven seated and back row of ten standing. All men are wearing tuxedos and Masonic aprons; all except standing man on far PL end are wearing collars; five of them (all standing) hold staffs. Background of the room in which they are standing features large wooden arch with G at top and ionic columns on either side; two flags, one American and the other unidentifiable, stand in front of columns; three Masonic chairs are under arch, the tallest one at the center bearing a square and compasses; a candle stand is positioned between the center and PR chair. At bottom, "MOUNT SCOPUS LODGE A.F. & A.M. / 1961 - 1962" is printed in black. PHOTO REVERSE: Stamped in black close to one end, "19417". Two pieces of 1-1/16"-long tan tape with serrated ends are affixed near bottom corners. MAT: Cover features stippled texture and grey cross-hatch design printed all over; centered near top is photographer's logo printed in grey: a square with rounded edges, with text and logo in white inside it reading, "Portrait / by/ [shield shape with "SC" in center and scrollwork all around] / Samuel Cooper / Brookline Mass.". Back features same pattern and texture as front.
