Gold-tone Masonic Scottish Rite Northern Masonic Jurisdiction Gourgas medal. Vertical pin back. Front is star-shaped with eight points and glory ray decoration. In the center is a profile of a man with a leafy wreath along the sides. Lettering around the center reads "For Notably Distinguished Service J.J.J. Gourgas."
