U.S.A./ AUG. 5, 1813"; inscription on reverse of plate reads "THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE/ PITTSBURGH/ 1967/ SPODE'S MANSARD/ COPELAND/ SPODE/ ENGLAND/ U.S. PATENT 88,688/ Rd No. 777,266./ N. 388"; b: original paper box; printed in purple "A.A.S.R./ PITTSBURGH/ 1967"; metal clasp.
