Masonic Scottish Rite Medallion, "50 Years" with case. a: Round medallion of gold-colored metal with black enamel infill and, on obverse, raised text, "50 / YEARS" (at center), "ANCIENT ACCEPTED SCOTTISH RITE, N.M.J. / FREEMASONRY" (around edge). On reverse, blue enamel infill, SR double-headed eagle emblem at top (with brown, white, and yellow enamel) and two rectangular gold bars below for inscription: lower bar is smaller and has "1968" (?) stamped on it; b: Clear plastic sleeve with * in corner in black ink. Strap across back for locking cover in place.
