Masonic Scottish Rite Medallion for Wilbur N. Davis, "50 Years". Round medallion of gold-colored metal with black enamel infill and, on obverse, raised text, "50 / YEARS" (at center), "ANCIENT ACCEPTED SCOTTISH RITE, N.M.J. / FREEMASONRY" (around edge). On reverse, blue (or black) enamel infill, SR double-headed eagle emblem at top (with brown, white, and yellow enamel) and two rectangular gold bars below: upper, larger one has "WILbur N. DAVIS' inscribed on it, and lower bar is smaller and has "1969" inscribed on it.
